At present, the company has chosen the method of forming magnesium alloy: semi-solid injection molding (Thixomolding) technology. By heating the magnesium alloy to a semi-solid state, the semi-solid metal is moved into the mold before the upper and lower molds are closed. Then one part of the mold moves toward the other part, applying a certain pressure to ensure that the metal fills the cavity. The thickness of the product can be less than 1mm, or even 0.60mm. It is suitable for manufacturing high-strength, lightweight parts. This technology is suitable for high-end industries such as consumer electronics, automobiles, and communications that have high requirements for surface treatment.
